About Us
Coggy
Coggy, the reluctant, “so-called” co-creator of the “Sally Hawkins Website,” is basically just riding on the coat-tails of the “real” web creator of this website that is Milo. Writing reviews & info for the website are just measly ways of contributing to Milo’s great creativity that’s dedicated to the multi-talented Sally Hawkins! Being a hyper but elusive thespian that Coggy is, nevermind the hectic schedule that she’s haunted by, day-in-day-out, she’s a sucker for brilliantly-thought-out & intelligent screenwriting, visionary directing, stunningly engaging cinematography, & artistically realistic performances by stage/TV/Film actors. Apart from analyzing the ins-and-outs of filmmaking (including TV & stage), Coggy loves to read thrillers, mysteries, & conspiracy theories…oh yes, & discuss them to the boredom of the others, too! Music is a big part of her life. She’s a big fan of great, creative rhythms & melodies from different music genres & languages.
Having been educated & living in the U.K. & the U.S. previously, Coggy now resides in Canada. Who knows, when she retires eventually, she might even return to American soil or…good ol’ England. But for now, it’s the Great White North all the way!!

Milo
Milo – co-creator of Sally-Hawkins.com and the person who potters around peering at things whilst admiring Coggy’s work is a fan of quite a number of people and things – including Arsenal’s Thierry Henry, sport (she does actually enjoy watching cricket on TV as well as football) Justin Timberlake, and amongst many others – of course – Ms. Sally Hawkins and her wonderful work! She is also a lover of rock music but will stake her claim to be an unashamed pop fan. Her Winamp playlist includes the likes of Linkin Park, Feeder, Evanescence, Frou Frou, S Club 7 (now sadly defunct), Black-eyed Peas, Dido, Britney Spears, Madonna, Backstreet Boys and Avril Lavigne etc. Milo enjoys reading in general – mostly mystery stories, Terry Pratchett’s Discworld, and more recently Angels & Demons by Dan Brown. However, her favourite book is still Taipan by James Clavell.
On a final note, Milo lives in the UK and is pleased and honoured to be working with the likes of the great Coggyness that is Coggy. She hopes to contribute more to the site in time in order to save Coggy from being deluged with fanmail about her news updates/reviews/information/writings etc. and compensate for her lack of input, as well as get through university life without being too scarred. Hot chocolate and hashbrowns are her recommended comfort food!
